Orders are processed within 2 business days. Appropriate sales tax will be added to order that is shipped to Arizona.

Standard delivery rate (1-2 items): $5.00 flat fee (arrives within 7-10 business days)
Standard delivery rate (3-5 items): $10.00 flat fee (arrives within 7-10 business days)
Standard delivery rate (6-15 items): $15.00 flat fee (arrives within 7-10 business days)
                              Expedited rate: $15.00 flat fee (arrives within 3 business days)

Products will be shipped either by USPS or UPS ground and orders can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days.  If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.

Standard delivery rate (1-2 items): $12.00 flat fee ((arrives within 7-10 business days)
Standard delivery rate (3-5 items): $18.00 flat fee (arrives within 7-10 business days)
Please contact us for bulk shipment >5 items.

Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send us an email at customerservice@tiefreeapron.com within 20 days of shipment for return instruction on any unwashed item. Whatever is returned is refunded the same way it was purchased, and you will receive notification that your card has been credited. Shipping Charges are not refunded.  All personalized items can not be returned.

At Tiefreeapron.com, we ensure our customers’ privacy. You can be confident that we do not sell or exchange email addresses with third parties.
We use PayPal for our payment processing. PayPal has their own policies, terms and conditions of use that you will be made aware of during the payment process.

Out of Stock Items and Backorders
Tiefreeapron.com inventory is updated everyday to ensure that you will never have your order cancelled due to an Out of Stock Item.   However, occasionally we will sell out of an item between inventory updates. Please accept our apologies. 
If the item is going to come back in stock we will backorder the item for you and send a notification by email immediately.  Limited edition items will not have backorder.
